Trouble Uploading Cover Photos

I've been having some trouble uploading covers this evening. I click on the upload link, and the process seems to work normally, but when I'm done no cover appears and the link doesn't change to say remove cover, it just acts like I never uploaded one. I'm guessing maybe the system is overloaded or performing maintenance or something? Anyhow, I'm calling it quits for the night and hopefully it will have corrected itself by morning. Just wanted to report it in case something else was going on.

We're still working out a few details here, but this issue (trouble uploading cover photos) should be fixed. I'll be locking this discussion so that it doesn't become a general "...and this other thing is also wrong" which can be extremely difficult for the team to follow. If you're still seeing some issues then please check the Tech forum to see if someone has mentioned the issue, and if not then feel free to start a new discussion.

I would also like to remind everyone that it's important that we stay on topic. There were some posts here that seem to veer in another direction that isn't related to this topic at all. In the future if you find a topic that you'd like to expand up on then it might be best to do that in another discussion. Thanks in advance.

The products that I reverted to a Zazzle image are now half-working. There's a blank square where my cover photo should be, and when I click on it, the cover shows up in the display, but choosing a Zazzle image instead brings back the blank square. Maybe tomorrow things will be working completely.

I now see cover photos, but now all my other collections with cover photos - prior - are now knocked off. When I go back to re-upload it, I get no confirmation, so they are definitely doing something in the background. This is better than the latter. Thank you, Zazzle, for making progress.

I also see some cover photos, others I still don't see. And not all products are defaulting to the cover photo view on the backend even after a week.

The remove cover photo button is back so maybe if you remove and reupload the photo it might work,

Finally, My Cover photo is working now, I got a few items that are more presentable now 🤗
Take a look. and I hope you guys can get your cover photos working again.

The problem seems to be resolved now. Plus, the covers are now immediately available for pinning on Pinterest, which is HUGE in terms of smooth workflow, so Thank You, Zazzle!

I am thrilled to see not only the cover photos working again, but the downloadable buttons are now appearing!! Very exciting indeed!

Am I the only one to notice the most recent cover photos (those made just before system breakdown) will disappear if one of Zazzle's views is clicked on? The link to it is still there, but the only way of knowing this is to hover over the blank space. Customers aren't necessarily going to think of doing this.
