Right after Christmas and before spring time would be a great time to start to introduce garden accessories I had suggested a while ago.... gardening gloves, garden tools carryall, garden aprons (totally different from cooking aprons), garden sign / stakes, garden stepping stones, and personalized garden tools to name a few. Hello! I don't know if this is already available and I can't find it, but just in case. I think it would be great to have a way to short, in our back end, the products that are not in collections. I am sure that a lot of products that could be in my existing collections are not there because I didn't remember to add them when I made them or the collection was made afterwards and I forgot to add them. If this is already possible, I wold appreciate if you let me know how to do it. Thank you!

I get frequent requests from customers to help make tweaks to designs - sometimes they want me to call them and chat and go over their changes. With the new ambassador program and our loss of sales, it's not really worth my time to help customers with custom design work - even the smallest of changes. So . . . I'd like to suggest that Zazzle bring back the Live Designer option so customers can get the help they deserve. Right now I'm sending them to customer service - not sure customer service is even able to help with designing?

When publishing cards and gifts for just the Grad, I can't find "Grad" anywhere in the Recipient category under "For Anyone." Could we please have Grad added to that list? It would make it so much easier when looking for gifts for Grads and for trying to find a category to publish the gift under. Thank you!

Hi, since the All-Over-Print Socks (Crew Socks) - Sold by Zazzle have been "discontinued" (even though the socks have a "Sorry this item is completely sold out" Notify me when it's back in stock message)... Can you please have someone look into Migrating all of the designs from these now discontinued socks, onto the other socks below that are available: 1) Sustainable Premium Crew Sock - Sold by Zazzle 2) High-Performance Athletic Crew Sock - Sold by Zazzle I thought when something like this happens, designs are automatically migrated over to the other new item type? I've had Design Migration enabled for years. Please let me know, as I've had socks for a long time with my designs on them for the All-Over-Print Socks that have had sales in the past, and have shared many of them to Pinterest. Otherwise I'd have to transfer ALL of my now discontinued designed socks over one-by-one... It would be much better if they could all be migrated over please. Thank you

I know this was marked solved on another post but it truly wasn't put into the Suggestions forum to begin with. I'm really going batty and blind trying to create transparent backgrounds on mugs, keychains and other products currently shown on white backgrounds. Because my time spent on designing has now doubled for one product (creating the design, using the Z design tool and now trying to create beautiful covers), I'd sure appreciate a better system to make cover photos.

Is there a way for the marketing department to create a video or tutorial that explains how Zazzle works. 90% of the customers who message me are asking things like "can you ship this by XX date?" They all think we are actual creators of the product like on Etsy. I don't mind telling them and explaining that I don't print or ship, but it feels like a pretty frequent frustration from other designers as well. I know that there is an auto reply option, but if that many customers don't understand the concept of Print on demand or they think the function of the "ask the creator" messages are to inquire about shipping, perhaps Zazzle could be proactive on the welcome page and educate the customer how this is all set up. I know this has been mentioned before, but I just wanted to throw it out there again. I was contacted by a customer who was interested in some foil invitations, but was turned off/concerned because the previews are illegible. I have created a nice cover for this invite that shows the text nicely, but as soon as you start to customize it, the view switches to the illegible Zazzle preview so people can't really even see their text. I've received 5 star reviews for this design, so I'm pretty confident that it looks good when printed, but the previews are just really, really bad. I have to wonder how many customers don't contact me and just skip over the foil invites because of the preview problem. It's just such a shame that such a beautiful product is going to waste because customers really have to make a leap of faith in order to purchase something that looks so bad in the previews. It's hard to get excited about designing for them for the same reason. I just discovered a fun product that I believe would fit in very nicely with the rest of Zazzle's party and event items: Tear-off Cocktail Napkin Rolls. There's even a holder for them that could be an optional accessory to order. I hope Zazzle looks into these!

I would like to be able to type in a page number on the products page in addition to the arrows. For example, if I need to do something with a product on page 15 and I have 30 pages, that's a lot of clicks forward, when it would be easier just to type 15 and go directly to that page of products.

When we delete a product form our store, please automatically delete the product from the collection! More than once I've found blank products in my collections, because I deleted the product, but it's still invisibly showing in my collections.

I would love if Zazzle would add the ability to bulk edit product merchandising options for the same product type (ex: changing all fleece blankets to a certain size, etc). It's so tedious editing them individually.

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. It would be very nice if we could MOVE AROUND the tags and reorder them instead of having to delete them all and redo them. As we learn seo and have to go back and redo all the tags this would speed up the process greatly!

I’ve always wanted more clarity around cancellations. While we understand we'll never find out the exact reasons for a cancellation, I think it would be incredibly helpful if the Royalty History included the cancellation date when we filter for cancellations. If an order is canceled within a day or two, it’s likely unrelated to our design. However, if it’s canceled weeks later, it might indicate a potential issue with the design after the product was received. This insight would allow us to review and improve our templates more effectively.

Marketplace customers contacting designers for changes on orders needs to be addressed. This problem has been brought up multiple times without a solution. On the product page the "Maker" contact information used to be listed on the bottom left with a message contact button. The graphic artist was listed on the right with a message button. The "maker" contact information has now been removed and the only choice customers have is to message designers. We cannot help them, fix their order and most times they do not reply to us. This leads to angry customers, waste of your product, refunds and bad reviews. I had a order last night, the photo is wrong customer ordered anyway with the assumption that it would be fixed before printing, I told her to cancel and then contact me and I would help her, but no reply. At the very least "we" should be able to forward these message to you to stop production on the order, but that is not even possible. Independent graphic designers should have no contact with customers about orders. PLEASE put a message button back on the page for ORDER problems.

Can we request that the 'notifications' numbers have different colors based on the notification type. I can't be the only one that gets excited thinking it is a sale notification, only to find out it's just a Zazzle announcement of some sort. HAHA. But in all seriousness, it would be AWESOME if there was a different notification color or way to tell if it is a sale, product like, site announcement and other.

Could discontinued products be removed from optimization needed products. There is a separate category for discontinued products and it would be easier to find the products needing to be optimized if the discontinued products were removed. Oh, I just now checked the discontinued button and I see that only a few of my discontinued products show up when I click that button so maybe this is a technical problem. Maybe the discontinued products are not suppose to be included with the products that need to be optimized. It really would be great if only non-discontinued products showed when clicking the optimization needed products. It would be a lot less products to sort through. Thanks for considering, Sandra
