At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works.  I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms?  I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Maybe it could be flagged for customer support or something so these sorts of errors could be caught before going to the print queue? ... View more

Here are 2 features that would really be awesome to have added to the design tool. 1. The ability to adjust transparency. 2. The ability to resize WITHOUT constraining proportions. Leave the default to constrain proportions, so customers don't accidentally destroy an image, but give an option to "free Transform." This would be very helpful for things that don't need to be proportional to look OK, such as a background texture, or even some frames, etc.   ... View more

Sometimes getting curved text perfect requires some fine tuning.  For example, if you want the text to run along a perfect circle, setting curvature to .72 might be slightly off, but setting it to .73 might overshoot in the other direction. When multiple threads appear from panicky Creators as they did recently (maybe 20 threads on same topic) re the disappearing products from their back view can Zazzle make an announcement that appears in account pages where other announcements appear to say: " we are aware of [this issue] and we are working on it, etc." The obvious solution to ask Creators to use search before posting, however it's easy to forget especially when one is in heightened stress mode. I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... I may be missing something - if there's another way to get that info I'd be delighted if someone could enlighten me! Thanks! ... View more

I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place.  . I noted there were 12 of one design.  All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine.  I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well.  Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates.  This would give exposure to more  designs and designers.  It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from. ... Just wondering: would it be possible, sometime, to allow us to track, perhaps on the product page, the sales by month that any given product has sold?
